Devops / Sysops for Kubernetes

About us: we are US based company with main development office in Asia. We are specialized on business software development and support.
We are looking for a person experienced with Kubernetes to work on a long-term basis and support our cloud services at US time zone for emergency cases

Required skills:
1) Strong understand of Kubernetes, cloud storage and
2) Java and Spring boot (at least on a basic level)

A person should be able to
1) add more dedicated hardware servers to expand Kubernetes capacity.
2) Maintain a network of 15-20 server located in a different datacenters
3) organize effective load balancing
4) be able to offer emergency assisance in case something goes wrong
5) ready to work with remote team in Jira
6) speak English or Russian fluently
