DevSecOps Engineer

Your responsibilities
Engage in incident resolution, build mitigation plans of owned applications as a member of global support team.
Identify and troubleshoot any availability or performance issues at multiple layers of deployment.
Engage in design, implementation, and maintenance of the build/release process.
Contribute to development and maintenance of tools enabling infrastructure as a code.
Collaborate with Product Engineering to integrate security practices into software development process, ensuring secure coding standards, design principles, and threat mitigation strategies are followed.
Provide timely resolution and implement preventive measures to protect against future threats.
Drive design and implementation of authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and ensure secure access control.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address security requirements and enhance security awareness across the organization.
Contribute to development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Our requirements
Knowledge in containerization and orchestration (you know how to build and operate Docker containers – design, construction, and optimization. You have experience with applications that operate on orchestration platforms like Kubernetes).
Experience in running production systems utilizing microservices and distributed systems architecture at scale.
Knowledge of security principles, secure coding practices, and security vulnerabilities.
Proven experience in areas of network protocols, web application security, and data protection mechanisms.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies and methods.
Working experience with Web Application Firewall.
