DevOps needed to join a travel startup
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We are looking for a DevOps team member to join us in our rapidly growing travel startup. Our main offices are located in France, and our team is distributed around the world: USA, Indonesia, North Macedonia, etc.
The tasks will be varying from setting up various areas of our deployments and monitoring, writing specs and documentations, and also ongoing maintenance, monitoring and automation of the systems in place.
- Bring our Ruby on Rails app currently deployed with a single load balancer with 2 servers to a Kubernetes cluster: Dockerising the app, writing helm charts to easily deploy the apps and tools to monitor. Suggestions are welcome and we are eager to test
- Suggest and redefine our Github Action flow / pipeline for a smooth deployment, or setup GitLab or other prefered tool if needed.
- Install monitoring / APM / logging tools like datadog, sentry + setting up monitoring dashboards
- Deploy various open sources tools either on single instances or k8s clusters.
We are currently using OVH Cloud, as we have a free startup plan for 2 years.
