Clean up Ceph snapshot images, keeping only live volume RBD images (K8 PVCs)

Due to ETCD Restore of the cluster, snapshots of volumes exist as Ceph RBD images, but not in the Kubernetes Snapshot CRUD (Volumesnapshots/VolumesnapshotsContents).
I need someone who is familiar with how CSI snapshots work to help remove snapshot images in Ceph RBD images that are not actively tied to a live PCV/PV
There are approx 50 volumes and 171 RBD images. Making the snapshots of the volumes/main images to be 100, give or take.
