K3s: ArgoCD & Cert-Manager Integration -- 2

I'm in need of a proficient Kubernetes expert who can help me with a few specific tasks on my K3s setup.
- **Install ArgoCD in a high-availability (HA) configuration**: This is my top priority right now. I need ArgoCD set up in HA to ensure its reliability and performance at scale.
- **Install Cert-Manager**: Following the installation of ArgoCD, the next crucial task is to set up Cert-Manager. This is important because I intend to use both self-signed and Let's Encrypt based certificates for my applications.
- **Write Traefik Ingress Yaml for ArgoCD**: After the installation of both ArgoCD and Cert-Manager, I need you to write the Traefik Ingress Yaml. This is to facilitate the automatic rotation of certificates for both self-signed and Let's Encrypt based certificates.
- **Explain the above Yamls created above**: Would need to explain the above files in about 1-2 hours audio conference on teamviewer/freelancer.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and K3s
- Previous experience setting up ArgoCD in a high-availability configuration
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Cert-Manager
- Strong knowledge of writing Traefik Ingress Yaml
