Add support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

I am looking for a freelancer who can add support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for the OpenCrarft Grove.

The Open edX instances deployed to a Kubernetes cluster by Tutor and GitLab CI, on infrastructure provisioned by Terraform in Oracle Cloud. Currently in the repo they are supporting, AWS, Digital Ocean and MiniKune. We want to deploy it in Oracle Cloud.

Credentials:
- I will provide the necessary credentials for the oracle cloud for testing.

Timeline:
- The estimated completion timeline for this project is within 1-2 week.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Terraform & Kubernetes
- Proficiency in integrating IaaS into existing systems
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
