Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I will pay you a $3,000.00 BONUS when my full app (not the 'mini-app' project) is approved and published by Apple and Google.
*To qualify for this 3 to 5 month project, you must give me at least '6' live iOS apps now available on the Apple App Store. And... you must give me at least '6' live Android apps now available on Google Play.

I have been developing and selling real estate agent websites since 1999.
This will be my first 'app' development.
This will be a 'template-style' real estate app that I sell to individual real estate agents in the USA. This is a 'free app' for home buyers to download and install on their smartphones.
Each app will be constructed from within my Master Admin/Dashboard.
Each app will be 'customized' with the following:
1. Real Estate Agent's Name
2. Photo
3. Company name and address
4. Company logo
5. 'FOR SALE' properties of that particular real estate agent
6. 'SOLD' properties of that particular real estate agent
7. 'THEME' color for the real estate agent's franchise (EXAMPLES: Century 21, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, etc.)
IMPORTANT!
The rest of the coding is the SAME for all apps.
It will be a 'template-style' app with the customization noted above.
