We want to develop an application which satisfies above objective.
Work flowchart are as follows.
Admin and client login
A) Client or site supervisor (for particular site)
-client or supervisor will select their particular site
-Authorization (user id and password) will be given by ADMIN
- client or supervisor will enter into the app and client or supervisor has to provide the Date wise information.
-There will be 4 options
a) Worker info
b) Material info
c) site payment
d) Site photo or video with title
a) worker info
-- client or supervisor can add worker information. Worker info will have name, skilled/unskilled, attendance, total payment, remaining payment fields
-add worker field
-supervisor can add photo of daily attendance sheet.
-name of worker has to be save into the database.
b) Material info
-This includes name of supplier, types of material (Material Library and manually entry), quantity, unit, rate, photo and total amount fields
c)site payment
-Daily balance
-received amount (Cash/online)
-expensed amount
d)SITE photo or video
-supervisor can add the current progress of the work such as video or photos of the sites
B) Admin control
-There can be 2 or 3 admins
-creation of authorization for self and supervisor
-Admin can add the sites, add the supervisor for particular sites and can give permissions for supervisor.
-admin can see about us, sites and reports
-Admin has to see daily report that is provided by supervisor
-In daily report there should be all information in column and rows format
