Unified Coupon Wallet App

I want a clean, cross-platform mobile app (Android and iOS) that gathers every discount coupon I earn on Paytm, Google Pay, MakeMyTrip, Zomato, Flipkart and similar services into one place. Instead of opening each vendor’s app to check whether a voucher is still valid, I’ll open this single dashboard and instantly see what I can save before I pay.

Core behaviour
• The app should automatically sync with the supported apps and pull any new coupon as soon as it appears.
• Coupons must be grouped by expiry date so the ones about to lapse surface first.
• I need quiet, configurable push notifications that remind me a few days before a coupon expires.
• Users sign up with a straightforward email-and-password flow; social or biometric login is not required right now.

Essential deliverables
1. Android (Kotlin/Jetpack) and iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) builds ready for Play Store and App Store submission.
2. A lightweight back-end (Firebase, Supabase or similar) to store coupon metadata and handle login.
3. Auto-sync connectors or scraping logic that can ingest coupons from at least the five platforms named above.
4. Working push notification pipeline.
5. Source code with setup instructions and a short Loom walk-through of the architecture.

Acceptance criteria
– A newly added coupon on Paytm appears in the wallet within five minutes without manual refresh.
– An expiring coupon triggers a notification 48 hours before the expiry timestamp.
– Sorting by expiry date is the default and persists between sessions.
– Build installs and functions on both an Android 13 and iOS 17 device with no critical crashes.

How It Works
The app will use screen capture/OCR technology to detect and extract coupon information:

Trigger Detection – When a user scratches or wins a coupon on any supported app, our app detects the screen activity
OCR Extraction – Automatically reads coupon details (code, discount value, expiry date, applicable platform)
Smart Categorization – Organizes coupons by merchant, category, or expiry date
Contextual Reminders – Notifies users of relevant coupons when they open a shopping/booking app
