Simple data importing tool (from file to db)

Need to create a simple full-stack application (round about 4-5 dynamic webpages) that gets the data from excel files or json and imports to the db.

The tool should be implemented in Kotlin using KTor and Typescript. Detailed information will be sent upon discussion with freelancer.
