Pdf app from firebse

Need to built a pdf app which load pdf from firebase
The pdf have two option online and download
When click on online pdf open in app like in webview
And when user click on download pdf download in the app and onclick pdf open
In download button if user click the pdf file save from firebase in app and if user again use app in offline mode than the download file will open in the app pdf viewer
