Multi-Tenant Guard Patrol App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an Android application that lets on-site guards log their patrol routes and confirm every checkpoint by scanning a QR code. Each scan, together with a timestamp and GPS position, should sync instantly to a web-based admin panel that supports true multi-tenant use—every client company must only see its own guards, sites, and data.
Inside the mobile app guards must also be able to file any security-related incident on the spot, attaching photos, short videos, voice notes, or text. At a minimum the system has to cover breaches and suspicious activities, but I am happy for the incident module to be flexible enough to add further categories later.
The admin panel will let supervisors create companies, upload site maps, generate QR codes for checkpoints, schedule patrols, and watch live or historical route data. Exportable daily, weekly, and monthly reports will be essential for audit purposes.
Key deliverables
• Android guard app (Kotlin or Flutter preferred) with offline caching and automatic sync
• Web admin panel with role-based access, multi-company segregation, and responsive UI
• Secure REST or GraphQL API connecting the two ends
• Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-over session
Acceptance criteria
1. A test company, two guards, and a demo route can be created from the panel in under five minutes.
2. A guard can complete the route by scanning QR codes; each scan appears on the admin map in real time.
3. An incident submitted from the app shows up immediately in the panel’s incident list with attached media.
4. Switching companies in the panel hides all unrelated data without fail.
If any libraries, mapping SDKs, or cloud services have licensing costs, flag them early so we can agree before implementation.
