Minimal Android Display App

I need a lightweight Android application with three to five screens that primarily display information to the user. A simple login/signup form will gate access, after which the remaining screens should present static or lightly-dynamic content without any heavy backend logic.
The look and feel must stay minimalistic and clean—think standard typography, ample white space, and subtle Material touches only where they help usability.

Core scope
• Splash → Login/Signup → 2–4 info screens navigated by toolbar or bottom-nav.
• Smooth performance on the latest Android release (targetSdkVersion 34).
• Written in Kotlin (Jetpack Compose or XML—your call) with clear, well-commented source code supplied at hand-off.
• Read-me explaining build steps and where to plug in future APIs if needed.

I am ready to start right away and respond quickly to questions, reviews, or test builds so we can move through iterations without delay. Once the final APK and source are verified working on my device, the project is complete.
