Minecraft Client Mod Developer Needed

Job ID: 40150338

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

My project centres on an advanced client-side modification for Minecraft 1.21 that introduces brand-new items and blocks, bespoke GUI screens, and deeper gameplay mechanics—plus a few surprise features still on the roadmap. Code must be written in Kotlin and Java, follow clear architectural patterns, and stay lean enough to keep frame times smooth even during heavy packet traffic.

Because the client will also interact with Velocity, BungeeCord, or Waterfall proxies, I need someone who is comfortable tracing packets end-to-end, optimising network calls, and squeezing every last millisecond out of performance-critical paths. A rock-solid grasp of Minecraft’s rendering and input pipelines is equally important, as several custom interfaces push well beyond vanilla constraints.

Here is how collaboration will work:
• Milestone-driven delivery with short feedback loops.
• Every feature accompanied by thorough Javadoc/KDoc and in-line comments.
• Git-based workflow (GitHub or GitLab) with meaningful commit messages and merge requests.
• Regular check-ins over text or voice so we stay perfectly aligned.

To kick things off, please share links to previous Minecraft client mods (ideally for recent versions), note any proxy-oriented work you have done, and highlight the versions you are most comfortable supporting. Long-term partnership is the goal, so strong communication and on-time delivery will carry a lot of weight when I pick the right developer.
