Microsoft Teams Call-Redirect Bot Development - proof of concept
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a minimal Microsoft Teams bot. This bot will handle incoming PSTN or Teams calls by directing them to the first user. If the call isn't answered, it must redirect to a second user using the MS Graph API method Redirect.
Requirements:
- The bot must be developed preferably in Kotlin, though other languages like Golang, C# and others are also acceptable. This is a POC, proof of concept to explore the Graph API capabilities.
- The bot must obligatory use the API method Redirect to redirect the call to the second user.
- The bot will be deployed on Azure.
- The bot must log call details.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in bot development for Microsoft Teams.

- Experience in logging and tracking functionalities.
