Matka Site & Android App

I need a complete Matka gaming solution built from scratch—a responsive web site plus a dedicated Android app. The core of both platforms is a smooth betting interface where players can pick numbers, place bids, and instantly see odds. As soon as the draw is over, the same ecosystem must publish results in real time, so latency has to be minimal.

All users will come through a secure registration and login flow. I expect standard e-mail/phone verification, an encrypted password store, and basic account-management screens. An admin console should let me edit draw schedules, push results, view player activity, and manage payouts.

For the Android side, follow current Material guidelines and make sure the app calls the same back-end APIs that power the site. I prefer you use a modern stack—React or Vue for the web front end, Kotlin or Flutter for the app—though I’m open to your recommendation if it keeps performance tight and the codebase maintainable.
