We need a senior Android developer to build a simple live streaming app for Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

Technical flow:
DJI Pocket 4 → WiFi → Samsung Tab S9 Ultra → Etisalat 5G → Mux RTMP → connectpointdubai.com/live

The app must do:
- One button ON starts live stream
- One button OFF stops live stream
- Nothing else visible to user
- Connect DJI Pocket 4 via WiFi using DJI Mobile SDK
- Stream via RTMPS to Mux
- Use 5G for internet, not WiFi
- Auto-reconnect if stream drops
- Kiosk lock mode — user cannot access other apps

Tech stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, DJI Mobile SDK, StreamPack, Foreground Service

Mux credentials ready. Samsung Tab available for testing. AWS and Cloudflare connected.
