Kotlin e commerce adding features

I'm looking for a Kotlin developer to add custom features to an existing e commerce app. I have a full design and layout for the new features that I need added, and am looking for someone to work on the project over the next 2-4 weeks. The new features include subscription billing, data tracking and analytics, and integration with 3rd party APIs. I'm looking for someone who is knowledgeable of Kotlin coding and can ensure the new features are implemented properly.
