Kotlin Image Manipulation Function

I'm looking for a Kotlin function for Android that returns a list of photos from the device that were taken in the proximity of a specific location.

The function should have two input parameters: 1. GPS location and 2. Distance

The function should return the list of all photos located on the device’s storage whose GPS location is within the specified radius (second parameter) from the wand location (first parameter)
