Food & Grocery Delivery App ( Raagi GO )

I’m launching a branded delivery service in my city that combines restaurant meals and daily-need groceries in one place, with plans to franchise the model once the first territory proves itself. I need a full-featured Android application that gives users an experience on par with Swiggy or Zomato but under my company’s name and design guidelines.
Core flow: customers browse nearby restaurants and stores, add items to cart, pay digitally or cash, then track orders in real time until hand-off. A lightweight merchant portal and an admin dashboard should let me onboard new partners easily, adjust pricing, push promos, and view analytics as we grow.
Key deliverables I expect:
• Branded Android customer app (Kotlin or Flutter acceptable)
• Basic courier/driver app for order acceptance and live status updates
• Web-based admin panel with role management and franchise scalability in mind
• Clean, well-documented source code plus hand-over to the Play Console
