Fix Realme Notification Shade Color

My Android app looks fine on most devices, yet every Realme handset running Android 13 shows the notification shade in a bright blue instead of the intended clean white background with black icons/text. I need the root cause identified and a code-level fix applied so the notification area follows the same light theme as on other brands.

The behaviour is consistent across every Realme model I have tested, so the solution must be device-agnostic rather than a one-off override. I can supply the current source (Kotlin + XML, targeting API 33) and a sample APK. Once you locate the problem—whether it’s a theme attribute, styles.xml entry, setSystemUiVisibility call, or manufacturer overlay quirk—please patch it, test on a Realme device or emulator with the Realme skin, and send back:
