Figma to Native Code Conversion ( kotlin and swift) only

I need three screens from Figma converted into native code for Android and iOS.

Requirements:
- Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS
- Use MVVM or clean architecture with dynamic data binding
- Populate UI from provided JSON
- Pixel-perfect Figma design match
- No cross-platform frameworks
- Modular, clean, well-documented code

Deliverables:
- Functional Kotlin and Swift projects
- JSON parsing and data binding setup
- Build/run instructions
- Optional: Basic unit testing setup

Preferred timeline: 3 days
