Dual Android Apps: Library+Tiffin

I want to launch two complementary Android applications in parallel—a reading-room booking tool and a tiffin (meal-order) platform—both aimed squarely at busy professionals. Each app carries equal weight, and I would like them to share a coherent design language and a reusable backend so maintenance remains simple.
Library (Reading Room) App
The core need is a smooth flow for checking real-time seat availability, reserving a spot, confirming arrival, and handling quiet exit notifications. The codebase must stay open for later additions such as a digital catalogue or discussion modules, so please structure it modularly from day one.
Tiffin Services App
Professionals should be able to browse a rotating menu, pre-order meals, track delivery, and rate each order. UPI or similar quick-pay integration is essential now, with room left for future loyalty features.
Shared Technical Expectations
• Native Android development in Kotlin (Java acceptable).
• Firebase—or an equally robust alternative—for authentication, push notifications, and analytics.
• Clean, modular code committed to a private Git repository at every milestone.
• UI that follows Material 3 guidelines, supports dark mode, and remains responsive down to 5-inch devices.
• Short screen-recorded walkthroughs at the end of each sprint to demonstrate progress.
Deliverables
1. Two installable APKs and full source code.
2. A lightweight admin panel (web or Android) to manage seats and meal orders.
3. A one-page deployment guide listing all necessary API keys and setup steps.
