Construction Site Reporting Mobile App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking to roll out a dedicated Android app that lets my site engineers capture everything that happens on a construction project—while they are still on-site.
Core workflow
The app opens to a simple dashboard where the crew can:
• File a structured daily report (labour, materials, weather, notes).
• Attach and annotate unlimited photos straight from the phone camera.
• Create, assign, and update tasks so I can track execution in real time.
What matters most to me is speed and offline reliability: if there’s no signal, data should sync automatically once the device reconnects. A clean UI that field staff can learn in minutes is critical; think big buttons, clear status indicators, and minimal typing.
Tech expectations
Android is mandatory. I’m happy with native Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native—whatever gets us a stable, maintainable code-base and allows push notifications. A lightweight back-end (Firebase, Supabase, or similar) is fine as long as it delivers secure cloud storage and role-based access.
Deliverables
1. APK for internal testing plus Play Store–ready build.
2. Source code with clear README for future maintenance.
3. Brief user guide and a walk-through call to wrap up.
If you have an existing framework that already covers most of these features, let’s discuss how we can tailor it to my workflows and branding.
