Building A Couple Of Features & Reskining

We have an existing code base set in Kotlin. We are looking for people, who could help us fix couple of issues we are facing & we wanted help in building new features to the existing application we currently have. We are looking for people with experience in Kotlin that could help us out & be in a budget, the project isn't all that big & shouldn't take up much time given your experience in the same.
