Bamboo Dispatch Tracking Android App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a straightforward internal Android application that lets my bamboo-yard team capture every dispatch in seconds and gives me a clean, real-time view of what has gone out, where it is headed, and who is responsible for it.
Core flow
• The Manager opens a single data-entry screen, keys in the loading date, truck number, driver name and phone, destination city/state/party, and selects the exact bamboo product, size and quantity from a dropdown.
• As soon as the form is saved, the record appears instantly on an Admin dashboard I can access from my phone or web browser.
• I can filter shipments by date or search by vehicle or destination and download a Daily Dispatch Summary at the end of each day.
Users & permissions
Three roles are enough for us right now: Admin (me) with full visibility and report export, Manager with create/edit rights, and Staff with view-only access. All sign-ins can be email/password or a simple phone-OTP—whichever you can wire up fastest.
Tech notes
The app will run on modern Android phones used in the yard, so please build native Android (Kotlin/Java) or Flutter if that speeds things up. A lightweight backend—Firebase, Supabase, or even Google Sheets API—works as long as data sync is reliable in low-signal areas.

• Cloud backend with live sync
• Web or in-app Admin dashboard with Daily Dispatch Summary export (CSV/PDF)
• Brief hand-off doc or video walkthrough
