Android TLS/SSL Connection Checker
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This Project is about small open-source Kotlin app from GitHub that performs a basic TLS/SSL reachability test. All I need is for you to:
•1. get that project compiling cleanly in the latest stable Android Studio,
•2. merge in two practical extras (typescript) that live in a another repo:
- detecting if the current public IP is in the publicly announced IP range of the telco provider
- detecting changes in the internal IP address obtained via a traceroute
The original UI can stay the same; a simple text area or scrolling log is fine for the added output. I just have to see the raw data on-screen same for traceroute IP logs.
Deliverables:
1. Updated source code in a fork or new repo.
2. Signed release APK ready to sideload.
Everything is Kotlin already, so no Java rewrites. If you know okhttp, traceroute libraries, and standard Android network APIs this should be quick work.
