I need an experienced Native Android Developer (Kotlin/Java) who has worked with SMS and Call Telephony APIs.

Required features:
- SMS forwarding (background service)
- SMS read/view & inbox sync
- SMS sending from API
- Call forwarding (Telephony Manager / MMI)
- App must run reliably in background

Must have strong experience with:
- SmsManager, BroadcastReceiver
- TelephonyManager, CallRedirectionService
- Foreground services
- Runtime permissions
