Android Kotlin OBD Data App

I am looking for a developer to build a simple Android app that connects to an ELM327 Bluetooth OBD-II device. The app is for a basic diagnostic test, not a full scanner.

Main requirements:

-Android app
-Bluetooth connection to ELM327
-Read standard OBD-II data only
-Real-time data during a short test

Data points needed:

-Engine RPM
-Vehicle speed
-Engine coolant temperature
-Battery / control module voltage
-Read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)

Notes:
-Only standard OBD-II PIDs
-No manufacturer-specific or advanced CAN data
-The app must work even if some data is not available

Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience in Android development with Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth communication and ELM327.
- Ability to create intuitive UI for real-time data display.
- Background in automotive diagnostics is a plus.
