Android Kotlin, Lean back app needs modifying

We have an app build For Android TV using Kotlin, Android Lean back. We need a qualified Kotlin Programmer to Write an API script in the app to connect to our DB to show the movies and series PEOPLE. END POINTS WILL BE PROVIDED.
We only want the movies and series that are playable on our server to be shown on the app. NOT THE REST OF THE TMDB DATABASE.
The Under series we need all the seasons and episodes in a good format on a new page
A video player code is needs to be implemented and a play button needs to be added to the movies and the series
A LOGIN PAGE IS NEEDED BUT WE WANT THE USER TO BE ABLE TO BROWSE THE SITE LOGIN IS ONLY NEEDED TO PLAY THE MOVIES AND SERIES.
AN ACCOUNT PAGE IS NEEDED
We also need a function to stop the movie or series a time out "ARE YOU STILL WATCHING”
And a 'Continue Watching' row
We also want the colour scheme to be the same as the website
WE EXPECT THE CANDEDATE TO HAVE VERSION CONTROL EXPERIENCE Kotlin, Lean back, LARAVEL and ANGULAR JS KNOWLAGE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF NETWORK TOPOLOGYS
