Dealership Finance Tracker

Build a dedicated SPREADSHEET OR POWER BI TOOL that gives me a clear, branch-wise picture of daily performance across our six two-wheeler dealerships and the spare-parts retail counter. The module must record and display:

• Daily vehicle sales, revenue sources, and cash / digital split
• Cash expenses and operational overheads, including petty cash at the parts store
• Trend charts that let me compare branches and spot dips or spikes over time

Role-based access is essential: Admin sees every branch in one dashboard and can export data; Sales staff only view and submit figures for their own outlet. (If we later decide to add a Manager tier, the code should allow it without major rewrites.)

Core requirements

• Simple, touch-friendly entry screens with validation so today’s numbers can be keyed in fast from the showroom floor
• Secure local caching plus sync to our central database when connectivity returns
• Lightweight charts—MPAndroidChart or similar—to visualise trends without slowing older devices

Acceptance criteria
1. I can enter, edit, and approve a full day’s data for any branch in under five minutes.
2. Dashboards refresh instantly after sync and totals match the source database exactly.
3. Source code, build instructions, and a brief administrator guide are handed over at completion.

Deliver working code, accompanied by a short video walkthrough so I can see the flow before installation on all showroom tablets.
