Android Application with kotlin and php

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to modify an existing Android application using kotlin and php. I'm facing some problem while making it. The problem is after I create new classroom in the application for a particular user and when I logged in again, the classes are gone (but saves in database). Also QR is implemented but it needs to track the attendance with the help of QR code. I will explain it more and provide the code along with the design if you're interested.
The purpose of the application is to track attendance using QR codes.
