Android App Development for Industrial Inspection System (RTSP Based)

We are looking for an experienced Android application developer to build a custom inspection application for a inspection system.
The application will connect to an industrial Wi-Fi inspection camera via RTSP video streaming. The camera hardware is already finalized. The app’s responsibility is to manage the inspection workflow and compliance-related records, not camera hardware control.
Core Features Required
• Secure user login and basic role management
• Inspection batch creation before starting work
• Live video preview from RTSP stream
• Start / stop video recording controlled only from the app
• Automatic timestamping and batch association with recorded videos
• Batch closure after inspection completion
• Audit trail for all critical actions (login, batch creation, recording start/stop, batch close)
• Basic inspection report generation (PDF or structured format)
Technical Notes
• Android tablet–based application
• RTSP stream ingestion (ExoPlayer / FFmpeg / similar)
• Local storage of video and metadata
• No need for complex UI design; functionality and reliability are priority
Deliverables

Developers with experience in RTSP streaming, Android media handling, and secure data workflows are preferred.
