customer care in Korean for software product

We are looking for Korean-speaking person for a wide range of tasks related to helping customers getting started with our software (www.webbsc.com).
The scope of the tasks:
-- making video tutorials (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCILar6QBDI but in Korean)
-- translating EN > KR (interface, articles, releasing translated articles to a website).
-- talking to the customers (zendesk, live calls)
Please estimate project according to this first task: make a video tutorial (like shown in the link above) in Korean. We'll provide you with English script, your goal will be to translate it to Korean and record a screencast video.
