Buy a box and package the good ready for pick up

I bought a big fryer in South Korea, but the seller does not grand the service of packaging and transporting the good. The seller only speaks Korean, but I don't speak Korean so there are communication problems.

I need someone that speaks Korean:
1. to buy a box and stuffing
2. go to the factory and put the fryer in the box with the stuffing
3. put the label on the box and the documents inside of the box
so it's ready for DHL to pick it up and they can send it to me in Belgium.
