Looking for a Klaviyo Expert

I am currently looking for a Klaviyo Expert to create and implement a full email marketing strategy.
I am looking for a Klaviyo super-user rather than a copywriter. But some guidance on content creation is more than welcome.
This person will have to create and implement the strategy. This means:
Create advanced segmentation
Build flows and campaigns
Create automatic coupons
Integrate forms in Shopify or Social media
Improve email deliverability
Build Landing page (structure)
+ anything that you can bring from your past experiences
We are at stage 0 with 1000 emails and few sales. We want to build a solid foundation to prepare for the future and maximise the possibilities/functionalities offered by Klaviyo.
The number of hours and the hourly rate are to be defined according to the duration of the project.
