Hello friends! I am looking for a Klaviyo specialist.
We made a segment called "Registered Users" in Klaviyo. The definition is that the user is Active on Site at least once over all time. WooCommerce passed the newly registered users in the Klaviyo successfully.
We also created a Welcome email flow specifically for this "Registered Users" segment. However, it seems that the email wasn’t sent after we define the trigger in the email flow. I am not sure about what is the issue. Therefore I need to ask someone to help.
