Klaviyo Email Flow Setup

Everything is written, the strategy is locked in, and Klaviyo is already connected to my Shopify store. I simply need the entire plan built inside the platform.

You’ll receive a document containing every subject line, preview text, body copy, and send date. I will also share my brand guidelines so you can apply the correct fonts, colours, and overall layout to match a dark, street-wear aesthetic.

Deliverables
• Build an 8-email welcome flow with the specified time delays.
• Schedule 16 campaign emails on the exact dates provided.
• Apply my brand fonts, colours, and preferred structure to each template so everything appears on-brand and clean.
• Create one on-site popup form that captures both email address and phone number.

Acceptance
All flows are live and triggering properly, campaigns are queued exactly as dated, each template reflects the supplied guidelines, and the popup sends data to the correct Klaviyo list.
