Klaviyo Email Copywriting, Design, Flows, Segmentation, & Analyze

I'm seeking a skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist.
Email Copywriting:
I would like you to be able to create email copywriting that will be sent to our customers. So English needs to be perfect. We can discuss different ideas of email campaigns, but you will actually provide the copywriting that will appear on the email.
Email Design:
I would like you to be able to create the actual email that will be sent. Once we have the idea and the copywriting from the step above. I will be able to give you various images that can be used to create the actual email. But you make need to crop them or do layout work for the images to best fit within the email. So you need to have a good sense of design and know how to do graphic layouts.
Email Flows / Email Sequences / Triggered Emails:
Know how to create/edit/customize drip campaigns, email sequences, and triggered emails. Klaviyo has some templates included for various Flows and Sequences. They have generic info in these. I would need you to be able to go in and customize them and add our own images to the templates. Also I need you to understand how to create these types of things from scratch. Klaviyo has a drag and drop builder to create new email flows.
Analyze Email Analytics:
Segment the audience based on actions, create new emails for specific audiences, analyze click thru rates, and conversions.
I have attached a few that I found on the internet that I like. Can you produce a similar quality?
