Improve conversion rate on Shopify website

Hello, I am the owner of Effing Gear, a lifestyle brand driven by Shopify. I am looking for a developer to help improve the conversion rate on the website. We had got our website to a 3% conversion, but in the last months, this has dropped. Several reasons exist, including the Shopify upgrade, Klaviyo decline, and Attentive removal (I will add SMS back).
