Embed Klaviyo Form on Shopify

I need a Klaviyo embedded form added to the product pages of my Shopify store and properly synced so every sign-up routes straight into the right Klaviyo list/segment. The form is already designed in Klaviyo; I simply want to send email to customer, tested to confirm that data is flowing and analytics are recording.

Please handle:

• Inserting the Klaviyo embed code without slowing page load
• Styling so it blends seamlessly with the existing product-page layout (both desktop and mobile)
• Verifying a complete opt-in flow—from submission through the confirmation email and welcome automation already active in Klaviyo

I’ll grant collaborator access to Shopify and Klaviyo. Once you’ve pushed the changes to a duplicate theme and I’ve approved the look, we can publish to the live theme. A quick Loom or short written hand-off explaining where the code lives will wrap it up.
