Effing Gear - Klaviyo & Attentive Management

Hello! My name is Jason and I own EffingGear.com. We have 19K IG followers as well as 28K FB. Our website gets ~16K visitors a month and is quickly growing. We already have the flows set up on Klaviyo and did a number of campaigns. Attentive has the journeys set up. I am looking for someone to manage both on an ongoing basis. There would be a weekly retainer as well as a revenue share as long as certain, agreed KPIs were made. My Klaviyo developer was making about $150/week in bonus.
