Each episode is fully scripted and ready for production. I’m looking for a skilled video editor who can take the script and produce a complete video—handling voiceover, visuals, motion design, music, pacing, and export.
The tone is thoughtful, cinematic, and minimalist. The visuals should complement the narration, not overwhelm it.

• Generate AI voiceover using 11Labs “Adam” voice (mandatory; no substitutions)
• Submit a 30-second voice and pacing sample for approval before full production
• Add kinetic typography to highlight key phrases and pacing
• Incorporate light symbolic visuals or minimalist motion graphics (limited, intentional stock footage only when needed for clarity)
• Choose and mix non-copyrighted background music and subtle sound design to match tone
• Follow pacing and rhythm notes provided with the script (typically 3–4 second holds, smooth transitions)
• Deliver final 4K export, optimized for YouTube
• Provide editable project files (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) upon completion
