I have raw footage, photos and basic talking-head clips for an industrial property that is about to hit the market. Your task is to turn this material into a scroll-stopping listing video that plays perfectly on Facebook and TikTok. Think fast pacing, bold on-screen keywords that spotlight the site’s specs, and a script that tells the story in under a minute without losing any of the technical details buyers need.
The edit should weave short captions, kinetic typography, and light sound design so every highlight—ceiling height, loading bays, power supply—jumps out even when viewers watch on mute. Colour grade to keep the concrete and steel looking clean, add royalty-free background music, and finish with my agency logo plus a clear call-to-action.
Deliverables
• One vertical (9:16) master file, H.264, 1080 × 1920, ready for Facebook Reels & TikTok
• Optional square (1:1) cut if it can be repurposed without extra reshoot
• Project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) with all assets organised
• Two rounds of revisions for text tweaks or pacing adjustments
