I am looking for an experienced YouTube Search Ranking and Growth Strategist to help improve my videos ranking as high as possible for specific target keywords. My channel focuses on business ideas, entrepreneurship, business success, productivity, outsourcing, hiring freelancers, personal growth, and related topics. I create and record my own videos, so I am not looking for a video editor or a general social media manager. I need a specialist who understands YouTube search, keyword competition, search intent, titles, thumbnails, video analytics, click-through rate, audience retention, and YouTube Analytics.
For each target keyword, I need you to research the top-ranking videos and explain why they are performing well. You should identify the viewer's search intent, analyze competing titles and thumbnails, find gaps or opportunities in the current results, and recommend a strong video type to make and angle that gives my video the best chance to compete. I also need recommendations for the title, thumbnail concept, opening hook, video structure, related keywords, and description strategy before I publish the video.
After videos are published, I need you to review the available analytics and help identify what should be improved. This may include impressions, click-through rate, audience retention, average view duration, YouTube Search traffic, search terms, and ranking movement. I want clear explanations of what is working, what is not working, and what changes should be tested. The goal is to build a repeatable system that improves my videos over time, not simply add keywords to titles and descriptions.
Applicants must have strong experience with YouTube SEO, YouTube search ranking, keyword research, competitor analysis, titles, thumbnails, audience retention, and YouTube Analytics. Experience with tools such as VidIQ, Google Trends, and YouTube Analytics is preferred. Please provide real examples of YouTube channels or videos you have worked on, explain exactly what you did, and show measurable results when possible.
