WordPress SEO Meta Optimization

I want to overhaul the on-page SEO for www.propertyend.com, beginning with location- and intent-based meta tags. The goal is simple: improve search-engine rankings for African property searches.

Because I don’t yet have a keyword list, I’ll need you to carry out data-driven keyword research that pinpoints the strongest phrases for each target country, city, and property type. Using that research, you’ll update every page’s:

• Meta title
• Meta description
• Open Graph tags (where relevant)

While you’re in the dashboard, please tidy up the permalink structure so URLs read cleanly (for example, /kenya/property-for-sale/nairobi/). The site runs on WordPress with Elementor; Yoast SEO is already installed and can be configured for bulk changes.

Deliverables
1. Keyword research sheet covering key African markets.
2. Revised meta tags for all current pages and posts (please confirm page count in your bid).
3. Updated permalink settings and meta templates so future content inherits the same structure.
4. A short before/after report so I can track progress.

Nice-to-have, if time remains in scope: guidance on replacing AI-generated blog articles with expert insights and a quick roadmap for local citation building.
