Here is what I expect you to tackle:

• Run a full technical audit (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, mobile friendliness, XML sitemaps, robots.txt) and supply a clear, prioritised fix list.
• Implement or guide implementations for the critical issues you discover, validating each change in Google Search Console.
• Conduct keyword research that feeds directly into future content planning and on-page optimisation; I want a documented keyword map with search intent, difficulty and estimated traffic potential.

You’re free to suggest additional on-page or off-page actions if they support the main traffic goal, but the technical foundations come first. Please outline the tools you’ll use (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights) and how you will measure progress.

Deliverables will be accepted when:
