My main objective is to lift the site’s visibility on Google by addressing both on-page and technical SEO in a single, well-planned sprint.

On-page optimisation
• Review existing content, map it to high-value keywords, and refine headings, meta titles, meta descriptions and internal links so every key page aligns with current Google search intent.
• Provide a concise keyword matrix showing target terms, search volume and on-page placement for future reference.

Technical optimisation
• Run a full technical audit (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights) to uncover crawl errors, duplicate content, sluggish assets and mobile UX issues.
• Implement fixes that improve Core Web Vitals, site architecture and XML sitemaps; ensure schema markup is properly applied to relevant content types.

Deliverables
1. Pre- and post-audit reports outlining detected issues and the actions taken.
2. Updated on-page elements for all primary pages (content edits, meta data, internal linking).
3. Technical change log showing performance metrics before vs. after (load time, CLS, LCP, FID).
4. Clear recommendations for any remaining long-term improvements I can handle in-house.

The project is complete when search console shows a clean crawl, Core Web Vitals are in the green and every target page carries optimised content and tags. I’ll provide CMS access and analytics data as soon as we start so you can move quickly.
