3. Scope of Work & Deliverables
The successful freelancer will be responsible for the following tasks, with a focus on both sports and cafe segments:
A. SEO Strategy & Audit
* Comprehensive SEO Audit: Review of the current website structure, content, and backlink profile.
* Keyword Research: Identify high-volume, low-competition local keywords for all three segments (e.g., "box cricket turf near me," "football ground booking," "best cafe in [Your Area]").
* Competitor Analysis: Analyze top-ranking competitors for facility bookings and cafe services in our local area.
B. On-Page SEO
* Content Optimization: Optimization of existing and new website content, including service pages, blog posts, and facility descriptions.
* Technical SEO: Optimization of site speed, mobile responsiveness, and internal linking structure.
* Metadata Optimization: Writing compelling title tags and meta descriptions for key pages.
C. Local SEO & Maps
* Google My Business (GMB) / Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization: Full setup, verification, and ongoing optimization for both the sports facility and the cafe (or a unified profile, based on best practice).
* Local Citation Building: Ensuring consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) across relevant directories.
* Review Management Strategy: Developing a strategy to generate and manage positive online reviews.
