Scope:
- Full technical SEO audit (site speed, crawlability, indexing issues, sitemap/robots.txt, mobile usability)
- On-page SEO for state/category directory pages (title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking) — this is a large-scale directory, so a scalable/templated approach to on-page fixes is important
